Smart water meters provide the most advanced technology for wastewater control. The system provides mobile applications for Android and IOS devices for users to easily manage and monitor water consumption. This Smart Meter mobile application is used to retrieve the readings of the smart meters installed in your facility. We have smart water rental plan for mobile application users.
Smart Meter mobile application
- Please download and install our user app on your Smartphone from Play store or App Store.
- Open our app and use the same credentials used to log in to the user’s web app.
- After successful connection, the control panel will show the current measurement on the mobile screen with the latest updated status. The dashboard will also show the current month’s total usage, watch id, user’s personal payload information at the bottom.
- When the menu tab is clicked, the user profile picture downloaded from the web application is displayed along with the username and counter id.
The menu order is as follows:
- Dashboard
- Usage history
- invoice details
- Change counter (will only show if available for specific user)
- Comment
- Contact us
5. User can check the usage history recorded for each meter per day for the last 30 days by clicking on usage history in the menu
6. User can also check invoice details by clicking on invoice details from the menu which will show the bills for the last 6 months with respective invoice statuses like Paid, Pending reason, Unpaid. Invoices can be downloaded to the phone by clicking on them.
7. User can also send feedback or issues related to app or web app by clicking on Feedback tab in menu, while sending feedback, user details with watch id and feedback will be registered with us and the same will be handled for development if deemed necessary
8. The last option of the contact us menu will show the contact information of the management company with the logo and name of the company/association.
